CasesWhat AI actually delivers

No percentages nobody can trace back. This is what we have measured or mapped out at customers β€” with the figure alongside, and with the caveat where one belongs.

We distinguish between measured (it is running and we have counted it) and calculated (we have worked the process through on paper). Both are worth something. Mixing the two is exactly why nobody believes an AI agency any more.

A home furnishing company recorded every order by hand almost three times over

550 to 600 hours a year β€” calculated

Soft furnishings and window decoration. Two brands, five shop-in-shops, four legal entities. Eleven salespeople, one person doing the planning. Every order was recorded three times: on paper in the shop, in a spreadsheet on the iPad, and again in the order system after measuring up.

Fifteen to forty-five minutes per order. Four hours in a quiet week, twelve in an average one, twenty-six in a busy one.

At an event and project agency a project environment now appears within one minute

From three actions to one minute β€” measured, live since 11 August 2026

Event and project agency. For every new project the team created a mail folder, a server folder and a project environment by hand. The same action three or four times over, on every single project.

And the quotes: up to twenty per project, retyped line by line. A large project runs to seventy or well over a hundred lines. Of twelve quotes examined, ten were processed fully automatically β€” on every quote that states a total itself, the sum adds up to the cent.

SectorsWhat we run into in your sector

No names. These are patterns we see at several companies in the same sector.

Automotive

Purchase appraisal is manual work, one registration at a time, around ten minutes per car. Two buyers looking at the same car arrive at figures five thousand euros apart. Stock is moved between branches by ringing round: two hours a week per outlet.

Leasing and finance

Visit reports are written by hand, afterwards or at the end of the day. They vary widely in detail, so the back office cannot judge what the next step is. Follow-up appointments disappear into calendars.

Industry and machine building

The real machine knowledge sits in the heads of engineers, and they are getting older. During a breakdown it takes six to seven minutes of searching over the phone to find the right diagram. Every supplier organises its manuals differently.

Maritime and leisure

Separate systems, each one picked at the moment it was needed. One change to a project has to be entered again in several places. The knowledge to ask the right questions sits in people's heads, exceptions included.

Business services

Workbooks, cases and scripts are made by hand. Data is spread across a mailbox, folders and a CRM that feels too complicated to really use.

Hospitality with several locations

Fifteen websites on different systems. Menus sometimes as text, sometimes as PDF. A menu change takes two to three days per menu. The real pain is in last-minute changes.
