What it is
The WerktScan measures how far your organisation has come with AI, across six areas: vision and direction, people and support, rules and accountability, practical use, understanding and skills, and privacy and change. You get a maturity level and an action plan for the first ninety days.
How it works
- A 30-minute intake call
- The scan: 20 minutes for the leadership, 15 minutes per employee
- A 60-minute feedback session with the action plan
What you get back
A score per area, a maturity level from starting out to AI-ready, and a ninety-day action sprint with concrete steps.
What it costs
€995 excl. VAT, for up to eight participants — management and staff together. Above that, €75 per additional participant.
Ninety days, when you promise "within a week"?
